Note – You will not receive the OTP in your email if you are logging in for the first time. The OTP form in your first LogIn attempt is used to verify your phone number.

KYC/AML / BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
You can trade CoinDCX without submitting your KYC documents.
However, there are limits to Deposits and Withdrawals.
Cryptos - You can trade (deposit + withdrawal) upto 4 BTC per day.
INR - You can only trade  (deposit + withdrawal) up to 5,000 INR

You need to submit two documents to complete your KYC:
Identification Proof
• PAN Card (mandatory)

Address Proof (Front and Back)
• Aadhar Card
• Driving License

• Passport

For a user living outside India, you can submit other government issued Identification and Address proofs to complete the KYC.

BANK VERIFICATION

How can I deposit INR to my CoinDCX account?
Login by clicking on the button on the top right-hand side of the homescreen or directly at https://coindcx.com/login.
Click on the “Funds” on the top right of DCXtrade page.

Click on “INR wallet” on the left side of the page.

You will see an option to “Deposit INR to wallet”.
Add Bank details if the bank account is not linked to the account.

The support team will verify the bank account within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email. Once your bank account has been added, enter the amount you wish to deposit and agree to the terms and conditions. Click on Add Money.

Transfer the amount via IMPS or UPI and enter the Reference ID sent to you via SMS. Click on Verify.

Note - Reference ID generally consist 12 numeric digits. It will be under the header UTR/UPI Transaction ID/IMPS Reference No. etc

Confirm the details  & after confirmation, your deposit request would be submitted. The balance may take upto 6 hours to show on your INR wallet.

You can now go to the exchange at https://coindcx.com/insta/buy/btc

Input the amount for which you wish to buy and click on 'BUY BTC'.
